FedEx 3-Day Express within the US at a flat rate of $25. We ship internationally to a limited number of countries. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Ready To Ship pieces: 1–3 days. Custom haute couture (mesh necklaces, sweaters, etc.): approximately 1–2 weeks after measurements are received. Custom color: add 1 additional week to create the yarn.

You have 30 days to return or exchange (or adjust the fit). Store credit is issued for returns within 30 days, valid for one year. Custom pieces are handled at our discretion. A 5% credit card fee applies to cancelled or returned orders; there are no fees for exchanges. A return shipping label is provided, but the cost is the buyer's responsibility unless the order was our mistake — the cost is debited from the return amount. Yes — we ship internationally to all countries with FedEx service. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us. International shipping costs exclude tariffs and customs fees. We primarily use FedEx; DHL is also possible. Email us for priority or express options.

Yes. Every piece is made in Los Angeles to your exact measurements. Side seams are sewn by hand. Our metal labels are gold or silver plated and hand engraved with Natalia's signature — no two pieces are ever identical.

Email us a link to the design. Most pieces can be made as a variation. Some are one-offs that will never be remade, and some are available only in luxury boutiques — see our stockists list.
