Natalia Fedner Honored by National Arts Club with Fellowship
Natalia Fedner has received a one year art fellowship from the National Arts Club in New York City. The National Arts Club is a private club on Gramercy Park, Manhattan, New York City. It was founded in 1898 by Charles DeKay, an art and literary critic of the New York Times to “stimulate, foster, and promote public interest in the arts and to educate the American people in the fine arts. ” The NAC Artist Fellows program was launched to recognize and support a select number of leading artists in a range of artistic disciplines and is an integral part of the NAC’s mission to foster, promote and support the arts in America.
Since its founding in 1898, the Club has been committed to welcoming artists through presentations, performances, exhibitions and as members. The Club now programs over 150 free events a year, enjoyed by more than 25,000 New Yorkers. In our 120th year, the Club is renewing its commitment to the artistic community and seeks to foster a welcoming environment where artists, members and their guests can convene.
